*Established business relationships with local venders (lenders, inspectors, flooring, roofing, etc.)

*Provide you with immediate access to all properties listed on the MLS. This is key to getting a home in a competitive market! I’ll also arrange showings with unlisted sellers, builders, etc. You’re not limited in any way.

*Provide you with notifications of new properties the minute they hit the market that matches your criteria. I’ll even notify you of price changes on homes you’ve marked as your favorites!

*Explain to you the true market value of the home you’re interested in. Is it priced too high? Is it a bargain that you should jump on? I’ll be able to accurately advise you.

*Explain each step of the process, providing you with any contracts or forms and assisting you in filling them out correctly.

*Guide you through the whole process, from qualifying with a good lender, negotiating on your behalf, to being present at the closing where I’ll ensure that all of the closing docs reflect the negotiated terms.

*I can schedule all of the showing appointments as well. If you see homes online that you’d like to visit, simply let me know the address or MLS number and I will schedule the showing and accompany you.
